The Labor and Delivery Nurse Educator will work in the birth center, which has 20 LDRP beds. Labor and Delivery Nurse Educator will report directly to the Labor Delivery Nurse Manager and support initiatives of the Hospital. Responsibilities of the Labor and Delivery Nurse Educator include staff orientation, planning and evaluating unit-based education needs, implementation of regional education programs, and participating in performance improvement processes.  The Labor and Delivery Nurse Educator will focus on quality outcomes through the labor delivery, recovery and postpartum units.
