Clinical Management Consultants is excited to welcome a full-time Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter to our collaborative team in downtown San Francisco. As an Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter at CMC, you will help hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory organizations identify talented healthcare leaders. You’ll support searches for nurse leadership professionals, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers, while learning how strategic recruitment can strengthen care teams, improve patient outcomes, and support organizational success.

In this role, you will develop relationships with healthcare clients and candidates while gaining experience in consultative business development and full-cycle recruiting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Researching healthcare organizations, markets, and leadership opportunities
• Sourcing and screening qualified healthcare management candidates
• Conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate experience
• Supporting client outreach and helping develop a growing portfolio
• Presenting qualified candidates and coordinating the interview process
• Assisting with compensation discussions, offers, and successful placements
• Maintaining accurate candidate and client activity within our CRM

We’re looking for motivated, persuasive, and highly organized individuals with strong communication, listening, and presentation skills. Previous recruiting or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
