The Women’s Health Supervisor will oversee a dynamic Labor and Delivery department within a 300-bed acute-care hospital that is also a Comprehensive Stroke Center. This Obstetrics program is supported by strong cardiac, oncology & ortho programs, a high-acuity 24/7 ED, broad specialty exposure, and the resources of a well-established healthcare facility. These capabilities create a clinically engaging setting where the Supervisor of Obstetrics can coordinate safe maternal care, support rapid responses, and collaborate with specialists throughout the hospital.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Supervisor Labor and Delivery Nights will provide operational oversight, clinical guidance, staffing coordination, mentoring, and escalation support during overnight hours. Key responsibilities include promoting quality outcomes, reinforcing regulatory and safety standards, facilitating efficient patient flow, supporting performance improvement, and serving as a trusted resource for friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, technicians, support staff, and healthcare professionals.
