The Manager of Laboratory Services will lead a Lab providing comprehensive diagnostic testing, including a full range of laboratory services for routine and diagnostic needs. The department also offers STAT testing available, with physician-requested STAT results that can be completed within one hour of the blood draw, along with convenient access for patients and care teams. An experienced phlebotomy team includes skilled staff available to collect specimens across patient-care settings, helping the Lab Supervisor maintain responsive, accurate, and patient-centered service.

Reporting to Director of Laboratory Services, the Manager Laboratory Services will receive executive support while overseeing daily Lab operations, staffing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, workflow improvement, budgeting, employee development, and performance outcomes. The Lab Manager will partner with friendly nurses, physicians, phlebotomists, technicians, administrators, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to promote reliable testing, safe practices, efficient turnaround times, and exceptional service throughout the hospital.
