What You’ll Do

As a Healthcare Recruiter at CMC, you will connect hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory organizations with talented nurse leaders, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers. You will manage searches from the first client conversation through the accepted offer, becoming a trusted partner to both healthcare organizations and candidates.

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare clients through consultative business development
• Learn each client’s hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Research healthcare markets and identify high-potential candidates
• Source, screen, and interview nursing leadership professionals
• Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients
• Guide clients and candidates through compensation discussions and offer negotiations
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate and client pipelines in our proprietary CRM
