The Hospital House Supervisor will support a small community acute care hospital offering emergency, surgical, inpatient, and specialty services. The facility also maintains outpatient programs in orthopedics, occupational health, pain management, wound care, behavioral health, primary care, and rehabilitation. Available day and night shifts create scheduling options for an experienced acute care Registered Nurse. Within this close-knit environment, the Administrative Nursing Supervisor can build meaningful relationships while helping ensure safe, responsive, and high-quality patient care.
The RN Administrative Coordinator will serve as an administrative liaison and clinical resource while coordinating hospital personnel during routine hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and unexpected events. Supported by friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, allied health professionals, technicians, and administrative leaders, the Nursing Operations Supervisor will oversee patient flow, staffing assignments, bed control, and interfacility transfers. Key responsibilities include evaluating patient acuity, matching care needs with nursing qualifications, maintaining clinical and administrative standards, and supporting PACU and EKG rhythm interpretation needs. The Nurse House Supervisor position requires an active California RN license, BLS certification, previous acute care experience, and ACLS and PALS certification upon hire or within the designated onboarding period.
