The Healthcare Finance Executive will serve a small community hospital providing personalized care in a close-knit setting. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering closely with the executive leadership team, the CFO will guide all hospital finance and accounting functions. Responsibilities include oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, budgeting, inventory, cash flow, financial statements, tax preparation, cost reporting, reimbursement analysis, and contractual reconciliations. The Vice President of Finance will provide accurate financial reporting for hospital, clinic, and home health operations while identifying financial strengths, risks, and corrective strategies. Qualified candidates will bring a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, at least five years of directly related healthcare finance experience, demonstrated financial management leadership, and preferably CPA or CMA credentials.
