Leading Labor and Delivery and broader Women’s Services, the Nurse Manager of Obstetrics will guide high-quality maternal and newborn care across a dynamic continuum. The Assistant Nurse Director of Labor and Delivery will report to senior nursing leadership and receive support from experienced clinical leaders, educators, physicians, advanced practice providers, and operational partners. Responsibilities include coaching friendly nurses, promoting evidence-based obstetric practices, managing performance and budgets, strengthening patient experience, and collaborating with a diverse healthcare professional team that may include obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatology specialists, midwives, pharmacists, social workers, and case management professionals.
