Within the Emergency Department and fast-paced Trauma Department environment, the Nurse Supervisor of Emergency Department will help lead care in a High Volume, Teaching Hospital serving a Diverse Community. This dynamic emergency and trauma services setting manages complex presentations across the acuity spectrum, creating opportunities to strengthen clinical judgment, improve patient flow, support rapid response readiness, and collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacy, social work, case management, and specialty consultants.
Reporting to Emergency Department nursing leadership, the Assistant Nurse Manager will receive support from experienced clinical and administrative leaders while providing shift-level oversight, staff coaching, patient care coordination, safety monitoring, and operational guidance.
