The Assistant Nurse Director will help lead a dynamic Emergency Department and Trauma Department where every shift offers opportunities to improve outcomes and strengthen lifesaving care. As part of a Level I Trauma Center in a High Volume, Busy Metropolitan Area, this emergency nursing leader will support the rapid evaluation and treatment of complex medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions. The department features advanced emergency care resources, established clinical protocols, specialty consultation support, and close collaboration among nursing, emergency medicine, trauma services, pharmacy, social work, case management, and ancillary teams.
Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager of Emergency Room will receive strong administrative and clinical support while overseeing daily operations, staffing, patient flow, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, employee engagement, and performance outcomes.
