The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Manager will lead a nationally ranked 24 bed PICU that serves 10,000 children a year. This high-acuity Pediatric Critical Care environment provides exposure to medically complex patients, specialized therapies, advanced monitoring, and rapid-response care. The Clinical Manager: PICU will help advance clinical quality, patient safety, staff development, operational performance, and an exceptional care experience for children and their families.

Reporting to the Director of Critical Care, the PICU Nurse Manager will receive support from hospital executives, nursing educators, physicians, advanced practice providers, and operational partners. Responsibilities include daily unit operations, staffing and scheduling, regulatory readiness, budget stewardship, performance improvement, employee engagement, and the development of evidence-based nursing practice. The RN Pediatric ICU Manager will guide a friendly team of nurses while collaborating with a diverse group of physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, rehabilitation specialists, child-life professionals, and other healthcare experts.
