The Manager of Surgery will help optimize OR workflow, patient safety, staff performance, surgical scheduling, regulatory readiness, and evidence-based intra-operative care while supporting continued growth and clinical excellence.

The Intra-operative Nurse Manager will report to senior nursing or surgical services leadership and receive support from experienced hospital executives, physicians, educators, and ancillary leaders.
