As the Hospital Diagnostic Imaging Manager, you will oversee a 25-bed hospital's Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology operations across multiple locations. This Manager Diagnostic Imaging will oversee staffing, competency, quality, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, departmental budgets, utilization, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives while mentoring and developing the imaging team. The role also requires a hands-on leader who can step into Radiology operations and perform critical modalities, including CT and X-ray, when departmental coverage requires it. Emergency standby and coverage may also be required based on patient and department needs. You will work alongside friendly nurses, providers, technologists, and a diverse multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
