The Critical Care Nurse Educator will support education across the ICU and Stepdown departments while helping strengthen clinical practice throughout the organization. The ICU Nurse Educator will develop and implement education programs, validate staff competencies, and support onboarding for new team members. The educator will also help introduce new skills, equipment, policies, and clinical processes.
