Within Surgical Services, the PACU/Pre-Op Nurse Manager will lead PACU and Pre-Op operations supporting safe, efficient care before and after surgical procedures. The Clinical Manager of PACU and Pre-Op will report to the director of surgical services and receive support from experienced hospital executives, physicians, and operational partners. Responsibilities include daily department oversight, staffing and scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, performance management, budget stewardship, patient experience, and staff development. Friendly nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals—including surgeons, anesthesia providers, technicians, educators, pharmacists, and support specialists—work together to deliver coordinated care.Â
