The Director of Satellite Emergency Services will guide a dynamic network of emergency departments, freestanding emergency rooms, urgent care access points, and related emergency services. This influential role offers multi-site emergency services leadership, oversight of freestanding EDs and urgent care, 24-hour operational responsibility, quality and process improvement, team development, executive visibility, and a direct impact on patient care. The Director will advance safe, efficient ER operations while strengthening throughput, clinical quality, patient experience, regulatory readiness, staffing effectiveness, and consistency across every satellite emergency department.

Reporting to a senior hospital executive, the Multi-Site Emergency Department Director will receive support from nursing leadership, medical staff, quality, finance, human resources, operations, and other administrative partners. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget oversight, performance management, policy development, regulatory compliance, workforce engagement, and implementation of standardized emergency care practices. Friendly nurses, collaborative physicians, advanced practice providers, technicians, educators, case managers, and a diverse healthcare professional team will partner with the Director to create an inclusive, accountable, and high-performing environment.
