The Polysomnographic Laboratory Director will oversee the Sleep Lab within a 50+ bed facility dedicated to community-focused care. This essential sleep medicine service supports the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders through accurate polysomnography, patient education, quality monitoring, and coordinated follow-up care. The Sleep Lab Director will help maintain regulatory readiness, advance testing standards, optimize workflows, support equipment and technology needs, and ensure that each patient receives attentive, efficient, and clinically sound care.
Reporting to senior clinical or hospital operations leadership, the Polysomnographic Laboratory Director will receive administrative support while maintaining responsibility for daily Sleep Lab operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, performance improvement, compliance, and patient safety.
