The CRNA will support a comprehensive anesthesia and perioperative services program caring for patients throughout the surgical experience. Working across operating and procedural settings, the CRNA will perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized anesthesia plans, administer and monitor anesthesia, support safe emergence and recovery, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while following established quality, regulatory, and patient-safety standards.
Reporting to anesthesia and surgical services leadership, the CRNA will receive support from experienced clinical leaders, friendly nurses, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, technicians, and a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team. The CRNA will collaborate closely with colleagues to coordinate efficient procedures, communicate changes in patient condition, respond to urgent clinical needs, promote infection prevention, and help strengthen a respectful culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
