The Laboratory Services Director will report to senior hospital leadership and receive support from experienced clinical, administrative, quality, and operational partners. Responsibilities will include guiding daily laboratory operations, mentoring and developing staff, supporting accreditation readiness, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing quality-control initiatives, improving workflows, monitoring budgets and productivity, and promoting reliable turnaround times.
