The RN Director of L & D will oversee a dynamic Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) department providing comprehensive perinatal services across the full continuum of inpatient women’s care. This integrated maternal-child health unit offers family-centered birthing suites, recovery care, and postpartum services designed for safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Reporting to a senior nursing executive, the Nurse Director Clinical Services Women's Health provides strategic oversight for nursing operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, staffing optimization, and budget management within the LDRP environment. This RN Director Nursing Women’s Services partners closely with obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, anesthesiologists, neonatology professionals, lactation consultants, and a highly engaged team of experienced nurses committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.
