Interim Endoscopy RN Manager
This highly respected Northern California medical center is seeking an Interim Endoscopy RN Manager for an exciting leadership opportunity overseeing a growing GI Services program. Reporting directly to the Director of Surgical Services, the Interim Endoscopy RN Manager will provide day-to-day leadership for GI Services while supervising Charge Nurses and supporting a dedicated team of clinical professionals. The Interim Endoscopy RN Manager will collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, perioperative leadership, and multidisciplinary departments to ensure efficient operations, exceptional patient experiences, and seamless coordination of care throughout the procedural setting.
The Interim Endoscopy RN Manager will oversee a busy endoscopy department with approximately 48 FTEs performing more than 6,000 procedural cases annually, along with nearly 3,000 outpatient visits each year. Since the addition of anesthesia services to outpatient endoscopy in late 2024, procedural volumes have continued to grow, creating an exciting opportunity for the Interim Endoscopy RN Manager to lead a dynamic and evolving service line.
