The Nurse Manager of Women's Services will oversee Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Care, a dedicated Obstetric Operating Room, and a 5-bed Level II NICU. This department provides seamless care throughout the childbirth journey while serving as part of one of Central Washington's leading integrated healthcare systems and the region's primary referral center for specialty care. Reporting to the Director of Women's Services, the Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and patient experience. This leader will support charge nurses, RNs, OB Technicians, CNAs, and unit educators while partnering closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesia, lactation, pharmacy, case management, and NICU teams. The Nurse Manager will promote evidence-based practice, maternal safety initiatives, fetal monitoring competency, and a culture where staff feel supported and empowered to deliver exceptional family-centered care.
