The Nurse Manager of Women's Services will oversee Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Care, a dedicated Obstetric Operating Room, and a 5-bed Level II NICU. Reporting to the Director of Women's Services, the Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and patient experience. This leader will support charge nurses, RNs, OB Technicians, CNAs, and unit educators while partnering closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesia, lactation, pharmacy, case management, and NICU teams.
