Within the Finance function, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will partner across accounting, treasury, budgeting, decision support, and revenue integrity to link accurate charge capture with strategic forecasting and sustainable growth at a medium sized hospital that preserves a genuine community feel; the Accounts Receivable Director will leverage cross-functional collaboration to align patient access, coding, billing, and collections with evidence-based policies and data-informed performance dashboards.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will lead Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management, Coding/CDI, Revenue Integrity, and Denials Management while collaborating closely with payer relations and compliance; the Accounts Receivable Director will be supported by seasoned managers, robust IT and analytics resources, and friendly nurses alongside a diverse healthcare professional team—pharmacy, case management, care coordination, and physician leaders—to streamline end-to-end revenue capture, reduce AR days, improve cash flow, elevate patient financial experience, and drive KPI excellence.
