The Cardiac Cath Services RN Manager reports directly to senior nursing and cardiac program leadership, providing strong visibility within both clinical and administrative operations. The Cardiac Cath Services RN Manager oversees Cardiac Services staff across multiple modalities and works closely with physicians, interventional cardiology teams, and ancillary departments to ensure seamless patient flow and quality outcomes. In addition, the Cardiac Cath Services RN Manager collaborates regularly with administrative leaders and quality teams to support performance standards and regulatory alignment.
The Cardiac Cath Services RN Manager will lead a well-developed cardiac services line that includes Cath Lab, EKG, Echo, and Electrophysiology services, with a growing procedural volume and expanding technology base.
