The Interim HRIS Analyst reports directly to HR leadership overseeing HR operations and total rewards strategy, providing critical support for system functionality, reporting, and compensation processes. The Interim HRIS Analyst collaborates closely with Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders, serving as a key technical resource for UKG and Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) system administration. The Interim HRIS Analyst also works cross-functionally with compensation partners and department leaders to ensure accurate data flow and system alignment across the organization.

The Interim HRIS Analyst supports enterprise-level HRIS operations, including UKG system administration, reporting, data integrity management, and system upgrades. The Interim HRIS Analyst also plays a key role in supporting compensation infrastructure, job grading, market analysis, and total rewards program development. This Interim HRIS Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, implementing enhancements, supporting open enrollment processes, and ensuring HR data accuracy across all modules.

The Interim HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing UKG applications, managing system security, building reports, and supporting HR process automation and data integrity initiatives. The Interim HRIS Analyst also supports compensation philosophy development, merit planning, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance while partnering with consultants as needed. The Interim HRIS Analyst contributes to training HR users, documenting procedures, and improving overall HR system functionality and reporting capabilities.
