Leading a dedicated team within Women's and Children's Services, the Perinatal Services Nurse Manager will oversee a cohesive Birth Center that delivers compassionate, family-centered care across Labor & Delivery, triage, postpartum, and related women's health services. Reporting to the Director of Women's and Children's Services, the Maternal Child Health Nurse Manager will partner closely with nurse educators, lactation consultants, OB anesthesia, neonatology, case management, and informatics to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, quality and safety initiatives, regulatory readiness, patient experience, and staff engagement while promoting best practices through AWHONN standards, C-EFM education, and NRP readiness.
