About the Peri-Op Unit As Nurse Director of Peri- Op, you will guide an integrated Perioperative Services ecosystem spanning Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op, Main OR, PACU, and Sterile Processing. The Nurse Director of Peri- Op will support diverse surgical lines—orthopedics, cardiovascular, general, neuroscience, women’s health, ENT, urology, and robotics—driving best-in-class workflows, zero-harm safety practices, and throughput optimization.
