Reporting to a Patient Accounts Manager or Director of Revenue Cycle, the Supervisor will oversee daily billing and follow‑up across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers; manage AR days, DNFB, cash acceleration, and denial overturn rates; drive policy/SOP updates; compile and present productivity and quality metrics; lead staff training with maintained competencies and job aids; prepare payer meeting materials and escalate complex reimbursement issues; reconcile vendor inventories and invoices; complete Medicare Credit Balance reports; review pre‑collections and coordinate bad‑debt placements; and ensure adherence to contracts and regulations (CMS, OIG, state rules, HIPAA). HBI revenue cycle certification (or completion upon hire) and at least one year of experience in patient accounts is required.
