The Nurse Educator will typically report to the Chief Nursing Officer and partner closely with directors of critical care, medical-surgical, rehabilitation, case management, and quality, while receiving strong administrative and educator resources to design orientation pathways, lead simulation and competency validation, drive preceptor and residency programs, steward accreditation readiness, guide shared governance and EBP projects, and coach a diverse, interprofessional team of friendly nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and physicians toward measurable gains in safety, throughput, and patient-centered outcomes.
