Collaborative Structure & Scope: The Speech Language Therapist – Acute Care and Outpatient Rehabilitation will report to a Rehabilitation Services Manager and collaborate with leadership in Ancillary Services for seamless operations. Supported by friendly nurses and a diverse team of PT, OT, SLP peers, case management, respiratory therapy, pharmacists, and hospitalists, the role provides comprehensive evaluations and treatments for dysphagia, cognitive-communication, aphasia, voice, and language disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings.
