The Labor and Delivery Lead Nurse Night Shift will report to a collaborative Director of Maternal Child Health while partnering closely with a seasoned Charge Nurse team, obstetricians, certified nurse-midwives, anesthesiologists, neonatology, and lactation consultants. The Labor and Delivery Lead Nurse Night Shift will mentor a friendly, diverse team of L&D RNs and support staff, streamline triage-to-delivery throughput, champion patient experience, optimize staffing and acuity-based assignments, and support readiness for high-risk scenarios through simulation and competency validation.
