The Labor and Delivery Lead Nurse Night Shift will mentor a friendly, diverse team of L&D RNs and support staff, streamline triage-to-delivery throughput, champion patient experience, optimize staffing and acuity-based assignments, and support readiness for high-risk scenarios through simulation and competency validation.
