The Clinical Director will guide operations for a modern Ambulatory Surgery Center featuring 4 operating rooms and 2 procedure suites dedicated to safe, efficient, outpatient care. The ASC RN Director supports diverse specialties such as ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Pain Management, driving consistent, high-quality workflows. The Clinical Director helps sustain a patient first model optimized for fast turnarounds, sterile processing partnership, and reliable on-time starts. A stable, weekday-only schedule, without nights, weekends, holidays, or routine call, supports both performance and well being. The Clinical ASC Director of Surgery reports to the Administrator and collaborates closely with friendly OR and PACU nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, and an engaged, diverse team of physicians and allied health experts.
