The Orthopedic PA Physician Assistant will report to a collaborative Orthopedic Service Line leadership team and partner closely with board-certified orthopedic surgeons, enjoying robust support from friendly nurses, skilled surgical technologists, experienced physical and occupational therapists, radiology professionals, and care coordinators. The Orthopedic PA Physician Assistant will first-assist in the OR, manage pre- and post-operative clinics, perform fracture care and procedural skills, round on inpatients, coordinate ED and consult coverage as scheduled, and document efficiently within an integrated EHR—while mentorship, onboarding, and a collegial, diverse workforce create an environment where the Orthopedic PA Physician Assistant can excel.
