The Labor & Delivery Charge Nurse will report to an experienced Women’s and Children’s Services Nurse Manager and partner closely with an Educator, charge peers, and physician leaders to drive throughput, staffing coordination, safety huddles, and evidence-based practice. As a Charge Nurse in the Labor and Delivery unit, you will mentor preceptors and new RNs, support unit-based projects, champion quality metrics, and nurture a warm culture of teamwork among friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that values shared governance and continuous learning.
