The Nurse Manager of Women’s Services will oversee daily operations for the Family Birth Center, including Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, Obstetrics, and Women’s Services areas within a busy LDRP facility supported by a Level II Special Care Nursery. The department is seeking a hands-on nursing leader with prior leadership exposure, though experienced Charge Nurses ready to step into management are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include mentoring and evaluating staff, improving workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting patient safety initiatives, overseeing staffing and operational efficiency, and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence.
