Reporting to an experienced Director of Critical Care with executive visibility to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, patient flow, quality performance, and regulatory readiness across both critical care and intermediate care. Backed by assistant nurse managers, dedicated clinical educators, seasoned charge nurses, hospitalists, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, case management, and rehab services, you’ll foster a collaborative, team-first culture. You will champion staff development and competency validation, hardwire sepsis and ventilator bundles, reduce CAUTI/CLABSI, advance patient experience initiatives, and practice strong fiscal stewardship while mentoring the next generation of nurse leaders.
