Backed by assistant nurse managers, dedicated clinical educators, seasoned charge nurses, hospitalists, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, case management, and rehab services, you’ll foster a collaborative, team-first culture. You will champion staff development and competency validation, hardwire sepsis and ventilator bundles, reduce CAUTI/CLABSI, advance patient experience initiatives, and practice strong fiscal stewardship while mentoring the next generation of nurse leaders.
