As OR Nurse Manager, you will oversee a close knit surgical services unit within a small modern ASC environment including a cath lab, with fewer than 200 cases per month. The OR Nurse Manager will support a diverse case mix including orthopedics, spine, ENT, podiatry, pain management, general surgery, interventional cardiology, and GYN. This setting allows the Nurse OR Manager to stay hands on clinically while also improving operational efficiency in a well structured environment.

The Surgery Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Nursing, while working closely with experienced nurses and surgical leaders. This is a working manager role where the RN OR Manager is able to take patients regularly as well and taking accountability for managerial tasks such as scheduling, performance, and other day to day operations. This organization values safety, teamwork and hands on leadership, so the RN OR Manager will be supported sufficiently with the tools to succeed.
