INTERIM Respiratory Therapy Manager

A 50+ bed hospital along the Olympic Peninsula is seeking an Interim Respiratory Therapy Services Manager!

Summary of Respiratory Therapist Management Position:

  • Responsible for all diagnostic, therapeutic respiratory care procedures
  • RTs care for all age groups (infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics) that occur both at the acute care hospital and off site clinic locations. 
  • Nine (9) Full time staff and six (6) Part-Time/PRN

The Interim Respiratory Therapy Manager will be employed with Clinical Management Consultants (CMC). This rurally located hospital has the medical hub for the northern Olympic Peninsula. As a designated Level III Trauma Center, the hospital services are busy and the ER is bustling. The Respiratory Therapy Services Manager will be proud to work at this hospital that received an "A" Patient Safety Grade from Leap Frog. Hospital outpatient services also include laboratory, diagnostic imaging, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and diagnostics, physical therapy and rehabilitation, diabetes and nutrition services, and home health. The community hospital  is a safety net hospital, and designated as a rural Sole Community Hospital and Rural Referral Center; acknowledging the medical center as the health care anchor for the community.

The Respiratory Therapy Manager will enjoy leading a team of 15 employees that are proud of the care they provide to their patients. The RRT and their support staff are a tigh-knit team and have worked elbow to elbow for many years. They enjoy the open communication between the medical staff and other department staff.
