Within the Inpatient Pharmacy and Pharmacy Services, the Inpatient Pharmacist will contribute to a hospital that is a nationally recognized, top-performing 25-bed critical access hospital known for high-quality, patient-centered care and a beautiful, healing environment. Reporting to a Pharmacy Director with support from a Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacist partners closely with friendly nurses, physicians, APPs, and a diverse allied health team to deliver best-in-class medication management; as a Registered Pharmacist or Licensed Pharmacist, core responsibilities include clinical order verification, antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic dosing, participation in multidisciplinary rounds, sterile compounding and IV admixture, transitions-of-care counseling, medication safety initiatives, code response, and precepting opportunities in collaboration with Pharmacy Services.
