A world renowned Pediatric Hospital in North Texas is looking for an In House Counsel Hospital Attorney to join their team.  This stand-alone not for profit Pediatric Hospital is dedicated to advancing treatment, they do state-of-the-art research, and they have set the standard for excellence in pediatrics. 

Reporting to the General Counsel, the In House Counsel Hospital Attorney, will be supported by one other Attorney in the Hospital Legal Department.  There are no direct reports for this position.  This Hospital Attorney will have the opportunity to learn hospital operations.  Their legal work will have an impact on hospital operations. 

This Children’s Hospital is looking for an In House Hospital Attorney who is very organized, motivated, and someone who can work well with teams.  The Hospital Attorney will must have a background working in healthcare, preferably working in a hospital.  Duties include hospital/health care law, regulatory compliance matters, research (clinical trial agreements and privacy issues), and vendor contracting.
