The Hospital Lab Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the Blood Bank Laboratory, a high-acuity transfusion services department dedicated to precision, safety, and rapid turnaround times. As part of an integrated health system, patient-focused care model, the transfusion services and immunohematology team partners closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
