The Hospital HR Director will support a workforce of more than 200 employees across clinical and non-clinical departments, where collaboration and adaptability are essential to daily operations. The Hospital HR Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a key strategic advisor to the executive leadership team on all workforce, labor, and culture matters. Supporting the Hospital HR Director is one HR support professional responsible for day-to-day administrative HR functions and coordination.

The Hospital HR Director will oversee the full HR function for a healthcare organization of approximately 200 employees, including employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce planning. The Hospital HR Director will partner closely with nursing leadership, physicians, and administrative leaders to support staffing stability and employee engagement. The Hospital HR Director will operate in a hands-on environment where HR is highly integrated into daily operations, employee experience, and patient care delivery.

The Hospital Human Resources Director will serve as the senior HR leader on site, providing executive-level guidance on employee relations, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and corrective action processes. The Hospital HR Director will lead labor relations activities, including administration of collective bargaining agreements, union partnership engagement, grievance resolution, arbitration preparation, and participation in union negotiations as needed. The Hospital HR Director will bring progressive HR leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility across multiple disciplines including employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management. The Hospital HR Director will also oversee workforce planning, retention strategy, HR operations, and compliance while supervising and developing HR staff and ensuring effective HR service delivery.
