The Manager Plant Operations will report to a seasoned Director of Facilities/Support Services with visibility to executive leadership, gaining strong cross-functional support from Supply Chain, IT, Infection Prevention, and Quality; as a Hospital Facilities Manager, responsibilities include regulatory readiness (TJC, CMS, NFPA, state DOH), EOC and Life Safety compliance, CMMS-driven preventive maintenance, vendor and contract oversight, capital planning and construction coordination, energy stewardship and sustainability initiatives, and rapid-response leadership during adverse events; collaborative, friendly nurses and an interdisciplinary, diverse care team—physicians, APPs, pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, and environmental services—partner closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain safe, efficient, patient-centered operations every day.
