The Hospital CRNA will support a wide range of anesthesia needs across general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, and additional specialties. This includes obstetrical anesthesia for the Family Birth Center, procedural sedation for areas like Endoscopy, and trauma or emergency response cases when needed. The Hospital CRNA will deliver anesthesia care in accordance with Oregon practice standards, supporting clinical quality, patient safety, and consistent communication with all members of the surgical and procedural teams. The Hospital CRNA will also contribute to clinical decision-making, help ensure appropriate pain management strategies, and uphold Medical Staff bylaws regarding anesthesia practice. Administrative responsibilities may include participation in department meetings, maintaining privileges, and supporting operational goals that enhance service delivery.
