This 100+ bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and is known for its commitment to high quality care. The Hospital Controller will join a healthcare facility that is committed to prioritizing the needs of its community and has been recognized for excellence in quality and patient care. 

The Hospital Controller will bring a high level of skill and knowledge to a diverse department with a variety of responsibilities. The Controller will work towards goals that increase the profitability and overall growth of this health system. The Hospital Controller will develop detailed initiatives and will implement plans which support effective budgeting and accurate financial planning. The Hospital Controller will report directly to the Director of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer and will lead a team who is responsible for the accurate management of accounting, payroll and the hospital’s long term growth. The Hospital Controller should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or an equivalent degree. Accounting and will also have impressive experience working in healthcare finance.
