The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field, with current California CLS licensure and ASCP certification preferred. Candidates should have experience working in a hospital laboratory setting, strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, regulatory standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
