You will own a revenue-generating desk—prospecting, pitching, and closing new business—while leading multiple hard-to-fill searches across California and the western states. You’ll deliver full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance, build long-term relationships with proven leaders and high-potential professionals, drive pipeline through outbound outreach, social selling, referrals, and market mapping, and run discovery calls, craft compelling presentations, and negotiate win-win contracts. You’ll manage and grow key accounts, collaborate with marketing to fuel demand, and operate with a data-aware mindset to track KPIs, forecast activity, and continuously optimize performance.

We’re seeking a charismatic closer with a consultative approach—outgoing, resilient, and relentlessly organized. You’re an innovative thinker and persuasive storyteller with excellent writing and presentation skills, comfortable with CRM/ATS workflows and market research, and a team-first collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and turns feedback into action.
