A leading acute care hospital located in south Florida is now searching for an experienced For-Profit Hospital Chief Executive Officer to lead their accredited healthcare organization.

Home to 300+ licensed beds, this acute care facility is equipped with the latest medical technologies and provides a variety of award-winning services including emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, and much more. For more than fifty years, this established organization has provided exceptional patient-centered care to the surrounding communities and strives to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of each patient. This facility has received accreditation by The Joint Commission and has proudly received an American Heart Association Gold Performance Award.

The For-Profit Chief Executive Officer will serve as an integral member of the systems south Florida market and will lead the hospitals strategic vision, manage all center operations, and represent the organization as a whole. The Chief Executive Officer will collaborate with other system executives and ensure hospital alignment with all goals and values, promotes high levels of patient care throughout the hospital, leads all public relations and foundation campaigns, and provides market knowledge to further grow within the communities. The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Regional CFO regarding all hospital financials including operating and capital budgets, quarterly and annual reviews, and upcoming projects for the system.

Requirements Include:

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a Hospital Administrator role
• Market familiarity and experience with value-based contracting preffered
• Fluent in Spanish highly preferred
