The Emergency Department is a fast-paced Emergency Room delivering high-acuity emergency and trauma services across the continuum of acute emergency care. You will maintain visible presence on the floor, guiding practice standards, supporting competency validation, and strengthening orientation for new Emergency RN hires. Working closely with physician leadership and nursing management, this Emergency Department Clinical Educator will oversee staff development initiatives, simulation training, workflow optimization, and evidence-based practice implementation.
