The Director of Perioperative Services oversees the full scope of Perioperative Services, including the Operating Room, Pre-Op, PACU, Same Day Surgery, and Sterile Processing. As Operating Room Director and strategic leader of Surgical Services, you will guide throughput, block management, staffing models, capital planning, quality initiatives, and fiscal performance across the OR and adjacent departments. Decision-making authority rests locally, allowing the Director of Surgical Services to align surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing teams around efficiency, safety, and growth. The role requires strong operational ownership—optimizing workflows, strengthening interdepartmental coordination, and enhancing patient progression from pre-admission through recovery.
